Wii Fit Plus jumps to top of the charts

Amongst gamers, shooters sell more. Amongst non-gamers, Nintendo games sell more. Everything else is lucky to get a look in and it is those games that are the greatest IMO.

@mf1986 exactly it isnt a game for gamers it is more of a exercise product, im not sure if it can really be considered a game. Oprah supporting the 'game' is good and bad; its good for sales but for people who actually want to get fit they should do some real exercise.

What really surprises me is how often people will say "Im so surprised that Wii Fit keeps selling" .... you don't have to like it, just deal with it

@dmcguk people that buy that sort of "game", have most likely never visited a gaming website in their life. beside oprah said it is a good game and all the women brought one.

why do people buy this junk ? it amazes me that people pick this junk over quality games like dragon age

The original Wii Fit is great fun to play with friends even if just for a laugh to see someone try to hula hoop. Owners of this are highly likely to Wii Fit Plus as it is so cheap and has some great additions. Not surprising it is rated so highly.

Wooow. Wii Fit just never sees to amaze me how it can always take a top spot. I have Wii Fit Plus and no hearing R&C Future: A Crack in Time isn't on top of everything? Thats crazy man. Really is.

Ratchet and Clank games are great they don't get the sales they deserve. They are better than quiet alot of games series who received higher sales.

Everyone has only just bought GH5 or the beatles RB, so really why did activision think releasing DJ hero and Band hero just after them be a good idea?

well yeah Wii Fit Plus is number 1, it only costs $20 for the game.

I like how last week GameSpot covered a story on Iwata saying that the Wii has, and I quote, "stalled". While the sales of the console may have waned, it is obvious that they do have a very viable peripheral and software line-up. I would own one if it had what I personally wanted. From a business standpoint though, Nintendo definitely has the best money making strategy of all the consoles.

Excuse me while I go cry in the corner. :( It's the worst shame when games that are actually good get overshadowed by lesser games (Although, most of the games mentioned in this article look good, and I've heard of a few glitches in ACiT, so this is a little more understandable. :)) ..but, still. *sigh*

A black Wii! If that came to the U.S. there would be more houses with black Wii's than indoor plumbing!

Wolfcp11, Band Hero is made by... huh... the same company? So it's not really a rip off. Before speaking, you should try not to make a fool of yourself.
