if theres a chsnce the 360 will outsell the ps3 in america, it will be because of stuff like this. i seriously doubt sony can ever match xbl marketplace on the ps3. its just so far advanced.

YEPEE00 the fact that you are here complaining about it means you are a huge fanboy for another system and are afraid that Live is threatening your systems existance (as well you should be). If you dont like online console innovation then I guess your statement makes sense, however since the majority do and are here because they like Live it would be nice of you to sink back to your attick and play "single" (irony inteded) player games.

I've only just started browsing the Marketplace and I like it!

xbox live isn't worth paying for in the first place. let alone all the "patches" that make the games worse. all & all it's not worth it. just like the xbox 360.

Markeplace is FREE... all demos for full games and arcade games are FREE, movie trailers are FREE, and Even some new game content is FREE like the aston martin for PGR3, the people that make the new content charge for it not M$ i mean 12 new cars and a bunch of new content for

Idk what the new cars are, but if u go to wallmart or some other places, and u have a memory card u can download content from them too, im not sure what they are becuase i dont have a mem card, but it seems pretty kool, sorta like download stations. ooo and btw dont feed the trolls or else they will keep coming back!!!!!

The new cars for PGR3 are great, but you can buy them all for free when you download them. Is anyone else getting this? When I went to buy them they were all listed as 0CR each. But hey, I'm not complaining. When I first heard about the marketplace, I was kind of skeptical, but that's all gone now.

The new cars for Burnout are great, except for the fact that they all have sponsors lol. There are only a few I don't use. My favorite is the Alienware car. 209 mph boost speed, super light, and lv 10 crashbreaker.

So by a slew of new content, you mean the TW06 demo. That wasn't even newsworthy.

I'm happy & enjoying these new items on XBLM, but I wish that Ms would release new Xbox Live Arcade games, like the promised Street Fighter 2 Turbo: Hyper Fighting or Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, but besides that, I'm happy.

The online goodies is what will decided my next gen console choice. I'm waiting to see what PS3 has to offer and it's stability before making my final choice.

I dont Mind dishing out more money for a game if it has new updates and stuff for it. Because no extra money means no new stuff....

And It's even more expensive there. 15 - 20 a month per MMORPG vs 8 dollars a month to play an entire library of games on Xbox live 360.

Did someone just complain that MS charges for everything. Let's see, all demos-free, Auto-updates on titles-free, trailers-free, tryout period for all arcade games-free. This has to be a Nintendo fanboy since even the Sony ones know that Sony will lock down all content with their "DRM" and will only be giving content that was created by them.

let me get something straight here for everybody, microsoft doesnt price these downloadable content, its the makers of the games, yes some games are published by microsoft, but its bizzare creations doing. or ect.

I must say that the Marketplace is a nice concept...it has that, instant gratification thing going for it with content and game downloads. But i'm a little confused about people that think that a movie trailer should be considered a marketplace plus. As the 360 is right now, you have to wait an awful long time staring at your screen just to watch some stupid trailer that could easily be streamed and viewed on your computer. Not gonna waste my time with that. But keep up the great work with the XBLA and cheap downloadable content, unlike the stupid horse armour pack and we will be happy.

I agree, not only was the money of mine well spent on a 360 I would be likly to buy a second one just to have extra once they become more available. I have been playing games since Pong- had a Gemni(played atari games) had a tandy, had a NES, had the sega gensis, sega cd- 32 x, had a 3do, had a PS, PS2 and an Xbox but none of them ever came close to the quality of the 360 in MHO. Best console so far- this "next" or current gen of gaming is the best ever.

Microsoft has a great service and games im very glad I paid $400 for my 360 money well spent it only gets better !
