Vivendi Universal Games, Konami Sign Exclusive Distribution Agreement in Japan

September 3, 2004 Tokyo, Japan: Vivendi Universal Games (VU Games) and Konami Corporation (CEO:Kagemasa Kozuki, Heareafter:Konami) today announced an exclusive distribution agreement in Japan. Konami will be the exclusive distributor for VU Games' console titles in Japan; VU Games will maintain publishing responsibilities.
VU Games will release five console titles in Japan, including the movie based action adventure, Van Helsing (PlayStation2), Crash Banditcoot Purple: Ripto's Rampage Japanese title: Crash Bandioot Advance WakuWaku Tomodachi Daisakusen (Game Boy Advance), Spyro Orange: The Cortex Conspiracy Japanese title: Spyro Advance WakuWaku Tomodachi Daisakusen (Game Boy Advance), Crash Twinsanity Japanese title: Crash Bandicoot E~ Crash & Cortex no Yabou!? (PlayStation2) this year, and Red Ninja: End of Honor (PlayStation2) Japanese title: Red Ninja in Q1 2005.
