Tip: Reporting Abusive Comments

A recent question we've been asked involves the way we handle abuse in the comments.

What to report: With our updated community rules we no longer moderate for profanity or inciting flames unless it contains personal life threatening statements or harassment about someone’s ethnicity, sexual orientation or disability. Other items that we’ll moderate include advertisements, flooding/invasion behavior, illegal activities, grotesque, and sexually explicit content.

How to report offensive abuse: If you see someone posting content that falls under personal life threatening statements or harassment about someone’s ethnicity, sexual orientation or disability, click on FLAG and then select the offensive category.

How to report illegal activities and advertising abuse: If you see someone posting content that falls under illegal activities or advertising, click on FLAG and then select the advertising category.
