THQ and Fleer Team Up

A series of games based on online card trading is in the works.
THQ and Fleer announced today an agreement to create software based on card trading but with a strong online gaming component. THQ's venture into the world of card trading comes as no surprise, as the company is currently developing a card-based WWF wrestling game named WWF: With Authority!, which is due out sometime this year. Fleer holds the rights to major sports card properties such as Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association, and the National Football League.
