The Movies site opens

Activision and Lionhead Studios have recently launched an official Web site dedicated to The Movies. The site contains recent news from the development team, screenshots of the game in action, gameplay information, and its own forums, where topics of conversation at the time of writing included everything from the types of movies that players are hoping to make to the add-on packs they'd like to see released in the future.

The Movies is a strategy game in which players will be challenged to establish and maintain a successful movie studio between the years 1900 and 2010.
