The Controller - Episode 1: "Boot Camp"
Welcome to episode one of The Controller; meet the contestants, learn the rules, and watch one pair get shut down in the first elimination challenge.
Friday is here at last, and that means it's time for the premiere episode of The Controller. Friendships will be made, dreams will be shattered, and at least one person will get shot. It's madness right out of the gate. First up, we put our professional gamers through a grueling (and messy) obstacle course. Immediately after that, our noobs are ushered into their first hands-on session with Battlefield 3. Once the pros have had a chance to size up the noobs, teams will be formed. And then it's off to our first elimination challenge. That's right, we don't mess around on The Controller. They may have just arrived, but one team will be turning around and walking right back out again. See it all for yourself in the video below.
So what did you think? How about that surprise robot-dinosaur attack at the end? Pretty sweet, right? Whether you loved it or hated it, leave a comment below, hit up our YouTube channel for all sorts of video game content, and join the conversation by using #TheController on Twitter. Thanks for watching, and we'll see you next week!
