I'm looking forward to the game Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor. I enjoyed Phoenix Wright 1, 2 & 3 along with Apollo Justice immensely. They are awesome games. Hopefully this game will be released soon.
Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter IV, Bionic Commando, and more headline the venerable publisher's presence on the Makuhari Messe show floor.
TOKYO--Capcom always has a strong showing at the Tokyo Game Show, and 2008 was no exception. Occupying roughly the same space (and size) as their booth last year, Capcom's show presence in 2008 was dominated by Resident Evil 5, known as Biohazard 5 in Japan. The space for the game took up almost a quarter of the company's overall area, with eager showgoers being ushered behind high walls to have their look at the upcoming zombie action game.
Fighters also had a sizable presence at Capcom's booth, with both Street Fighter IV for consoles and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Cross Generation of Heroes for the Wii being present and playable. Capcom even had some Chun Li, Sakura, and C Viper look-alikes prowling the booth, with plenty of people taking the opportunity to snap pictures of these real-life Street Fighter characters.
Other games on show included the upcoming Phoenix Wright spin-off featuring Miles Edgeworth for the DS. Titled Miles Edgeworth: Perfect Prosecutor, the game takes the action out of the courtroom with a bigger focus on investigation. Finally, Basara Battle Heroes and Dead Rising for the Wii were also playable.
Capcom is the only reason that i have any next gen systems. I'm looking forward to SF4 and the many tournaments i'll play in it!
Capcom is by far the most successful Japanese publisher. I find games rarely disappointing, if not always satisfying its core audiences.
Resident Evil 5 is something noteworthy. SF IV is gonna be epic, the Miles Edgeworth game should be awesome. Dead Rising on the Wii? What is it with Capcom remaking titles for the wii? Not that I'm saying it's a bad console but why?
RE5 & SF4 can't wait 4 em both! Capcom is by far my favorite publisher. I will b gettin these games when they come out the 1st day.
These idiots forgot to mention Monster Hunter 3 which is also a BIG Capcom game at the TGS. This article makes it seem as if RE5 had the biggest showing for Capcom--it was actually MH3--the wait time for that game is like 4 hrs!
whats next zombies really take over the world and we all get eaten part of the way through capcom employees are heard screaming "see thats what we been warning u about all these years wtf have u peole been doing all this time"? (uh playing video games !?!)
Why is there a chicken behind that woman's foot in the first picture? It looks real. I guess they'll beat it to death.
lol wow. the costums are good but the models they got to portray them r kinda...eww. RE 5!! i wonder how many cut scenes there r gonna be
