I never really have been a huge GTA fan. I mean, the games are good but honestly, I hope a new Red Dead is in the works. Redemption really was a blast to play.
Take-Two has 'extensive pipeline' of unannounced titles in development

Grand Theft Auto publisher says it will reveal these mystery projects "in the future months."
Grand Theft Auto parent publisher Take-Two Interactive has an "extensive pipeline of unannounced titles in development" that will be unveiled in the months ahead. Chief operating officer Karl Slatoff revealed the news during a Wedbush Transformational Technologies Conference this week.
"Looking beyond 2013, with Grand Theft Auto V launching on September 17, fiscal 2014 should be one of the best years ever for the company with substantial revenue and earnings growth," Slatoff said.
"And we also have an extensive pipeline of unannounced titles in development which you are going to hear about in the future months," he added.
Slatoff did not share any further information regarding these games, though he did call out the Red Dead, Mafia, Borderlands, L.A. Noire, and Max Payne franchises as being important to the company.
Mafia III is rumored to be in "full production" for a release on the Xbox 720 and PlayStation 4.

5 Like Would love to see a new "Bully" game. The original was a masterpiece. Failing that a new "Red Dead" would be decent.
I'd love a RDR sequel, bet it would be so sexy on the "next gen" consoles. I quoted next gen b/c as a PC gamer primarily I have a hard time saying that witha straight face. :)

Whoever said it had to be a prequel ether? 'Vice City' and 'San Andreas' were not prequels to 'GTA III', despite both being set before it.

1 Like @SoreThumbsBill @RonTorque There are a lot of reasons that there couldn't be another Red Dead with the same characters, but you could make a sequel with new characters (like Red Dead Redemption is to Red Dead Revolver).

No, Grand Theft Auto V is being done, as with pretty much all GTA games By Rockstar North. Read Dead Redemption was Rockstar San Diego.
1 Like PC releases are the only thing that interests. The gen next of consoles will be comparable to a mid-level pc. A year after their release, they'll be far behind. Add on the organic precision of m/k compared to the sticky imprecision of a controller, and there will be very few console-only releases that interest.

@Halloll What makes you think a PC doesn't work at 100% or even overclocked 110%+ (something you can never do with a console)...You 'might' be referring to the coding techniques within the game that actually reduces the work the console has to do. In which case you would be contradicting yourself.
Yep, mid range current PC. At best you could argue mid to high, but on release it'll definately be mid range.
In a year it'll be nothing.

I hope Take-Two and Rockstar won't forget about a new Midnight Club in the future... I love this franchise.
