Super Meat Boy headed for mobile?

Meat Boy is on Linux as well...write it Gamestop and stop treating Linux like the MSM treats Ron Paul. It is relevant, it is growing rapidly and it makes a HUGE difference to people who understand it.

3DS and the Vita also have touchscreens so could before one of those two systems instead of being for phones.

I think something that was just time based that had you just hit one side of the screen or other with the character auto running could be cool if done right.

Game is amazing but way to percise for touchscreens.

Bring it to PS3 please!

Didn't GS report a few months ago that Team Meat gave up Super Meat Boy to the fans and walked away from the game? I guess that news was incorrect.

Still no PSN support! So why should I care?

Playing SMB on a touch screen would be a lesson in anger management. But I have faith in Team Meat, so let's see what they come up with.

I can't see this game being played on a mobile phone or IPod. That's going to be tough to convert with the controls I think. The game is hard enough with a control pad. Super Meat Boy is an awesome game and should be played by everything who loves platforming games.

@hella_epic good point it ll be interesting to see how and if it works, its hard enough already, this ll make it super "hulk" hard

realease it on android map your ps3 controller to the touch buttons.....portable super meat boy without the inaccurate touch buttons :D

Super Meat Boy is one of my favourite games of all time, yet I have no problem saying this would suck big fat hairy monkey balls. SMB is all about perfect platforming and requires precision. Something that simply isn't possible without physical buttons.

super meat boy with a touch screen sounds kinda sketchy. The game was so precise I dont think anything but buttons will do.
