Street Fighter fans eager to celebrate the franchise's 25th anniversary with a comprehensive collector's set will have just that opportunity. Capcom announced today the $150 Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set, due out for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on September 18.
The bundle includes four games: Street Fighter X Tekken (including all character and swap costume DLC), Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition (with all costume DLC), Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, and Street Fighter III: Third Strike Online Edition.
On top of the games included in the bundle, the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set packs in video content like a Blu-ray Street Fighter documentary, Street Fighter IV and Super SFIV anime movies, all episodes of the Street Fighter anime series, and Street Fighter: II The Animated Movie.
Rounding out the items included in the bundle are an eight-inch light-up Ryu statue, an 11-disc soundtrack with official and fan-created music, a 64-page hardcover art book, a full-size Ryu belt, and an individually numbered certificate of authenticity
In addition to revealing the Street Fighter 25th Anniversary Collector's Set, Capcom detailed an upcoming company-sanctioned Street Fighter tournament series, which runs July through December. Events will take place across the globe, in regions like Austin, Texas, Taipei, Taiwan, and Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The winner of the entire event will take home a Scion FR-S Sports Coupe, which will include a custom video entertainment system built by Sony. For more on the tournament, check out the Capcom Unity blog.
