Square Enix ships Front Mission 4
Square Enix announces the North American release of its mech-based strategy game for the PlayStation 2.
Square Enix has today announced the North American release of Front Mission 4 for the PlayStation 2. The turn-based strategy game is set in the year 2096 and sees players assuming command of giant military mechs known as wanzers.
"As part of our commitment to create the best role-playing games in the industry, we are continually looking for ways to provide superior gaming experiences for gamers," said Jun Iwasaki, president and CEO of Square Enix USA. "We believe that fans of the Front Mission series, as well as fans of the strategy game genre, will be thrilled with this new title."
Front Mission 4 is rated "T" for Teen and carries a suggested retail price of $49.99.
Justin's youth was largely misspent playing Commodore 64 and Amiga games. He left the UK's Official PlayStation Magazine to join GameSpot in 2000, believes that he's one of the best Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe players in the world, and puts HP Sauce on everything.
