Spy Hunter on its way to stores
Midway ships the GameCube and Xbox versions of its arcade remake.
Midway has announced that the GameCube and Xbox versions of Spy Hunter, a remake of the classic arcade game, have shipped. In Spy Hunter, players take control of the G-1655 Interceptor, a vehicle that's capable of transforming into a high-velocity watercraft, a speedboat, and a motorcycle. In addition, the G-1655 has a wide assortment of weapons, including a 25mm cannon and heat-seeking missiles. The Xbox version of Spy Hunter will include the original arcade game as a hidden feature.
A Game Boy Advance version of Spy Hunter is scheduled to ship in June.
