Southeast Asia to get region-exclusive Tekken Tag Tournament 2 collection

In-game DLC preorder bonuses also available for both standard and Asia prestige version within region.

Early bird Tekken fans are in for a treat as Namco Bandai has announced that it will be taking preorders for Tekken Tag Tournament 2 in Southeast Asia.

Gamers who order early will get the TTT2 Asia prestige edition when the game comes out on September 11 for Xbox 360 and PS3. All copies of this version will contain a 256-page art book, two soundtrack CDs containing the original tracks and remixes, a "Making of TTT2" DVD, and a Tekken wall-sticker signed by producer Katsuhiro Harada.

As a side note, all Southeast Asian fans who preorder the game early (standard or Asian prestige version) will get in-game DLC. These include four playable characters (Angel, Julia Chang, Ancient Ogre, Kunimitsu), a "Snoop Dogg"-themed battle arena, over 150 in-game costumes for each playable character, and an interlocking code so that players can link their TTT2 arcade and console progress together.

The article above mentioned that over 150 in-game costumes are included. Does that mean it includes the Swimwear DLC AND other costumes that are exclusive to the pre-order pack or  are they specifically referring to the Swimwear DLC costumes only?

 

I live in The Philippines and I just want to know if I'll be getting what I expect to get when I pre-order this game...yes, I've read the article. I just wanna be sure, like 100% certain.

 @Swordsfrog You might know this already, but yes, we will be getting this edition. I supposed you already pre-ordered the game from our local stores. The release date of the APE on our country is between Sept 14-17. :)

I'm not really sure about the other South East Asian nations but the Philippines where I'm from has been corrupted by piracy too much so much so that every time I buy a game (legitimate) most people will say I'm stupid for buying a game you could easily get for less than 10% the cost of an original copy. I hope Namco Bandai doesn't get burned by this

 @kuglefang Hey I know a lot of Ps3/XBOX360 owners here in the Philippines who still prefers to buy than pirate. And unhacked consoles are cheaper too. Not a fan of Tekken but nice one Namco.

 @SS_Gokou I also much prefer to buy than pirate but chances are we are the minority, I actually studied university in La Salle and if your from the Phil then you'll know that that is probably where the richest kids in the country go to study and most of them call me stupid for buying original copies because they are way more expensive than pirated ones

 @pqwoei late reply but Yes! Harada has said that multiple times on Twitter. you just gotta wait a bit though :P
