Sound Byte: Dance Central Feature

Cant buy this even if it looks cool. I would need a really big space if you have 3 players jumping around. Remember nobody can be at the back of another. and I cant accommodate 3 people jumping around in my room :)

I prefer to look really cool, popping and locking, in my head, thank you. I'm afraid that watching myself miserably fail at a dance game will cripple me for life.

@ speedsimmons 3 players locally I was told.

@speedsimmons - there's a two player battle mode, where you take turns. The decision behind that was that they didn't want to make the moves simpler by making it able to register two people. There's a hands-on article if you want to know more.

Harmonix are such amazing developpers. If I get it right, this will actually look like dance. I'm not that much of a dancer, I'm kinda shy when it comes to it and have a hard time remembering moves, but I know I'd have fun just playing around with moves and stuff. You know... when nobody's watching... I can be as bad as I want lol.

anyone know if you can play 2 player at the same time?

i might buy this game. could be great for when i have friends or family over. plus dancing is good excercise.

Well, finally i can learn a new dance, the DDR was starting to get old in parties XD

Dancing is one of my phobias, while videogames are one of my favorite things... So this is like some kind of nightmare simulator to me :(

Looks good, dancing could really get you in good shape, and dancing is always fun!

Kinect is really trying to hold another slice of the market. Good market vision by Microsoft, not every game need to be regular or harcore.

@speedsimmons - there's a whole section of each song where you can goof off and "freestyle it" if you want the camera to take pictures of you.

something to watch out for... ... is if the dancing "approval" process the game needs to use in order to give you a score doesn't allow for someones extra "flare" they'd like to add. If it does, it might seem limiting... Think about playing rock band, and not being able to goof off with the guitar while you're playing....

... sure hope the lad doesn't destroy this game
