Sony updates list of European developers working on PlayStation 4, admits the last list was sent out in error.
Sony Computer Entertainment Europe has amended its list of European developers working on titles for its freshly unveiled PlayStation 4, replacing its previous list of 53 developers with a smaller list of 30 entirely different studios.
Sony confirmed to GameSpot that its first list was a draft sent out in error. The new list includes Witcher 3 developer CD Projekt Red and Sumo Digital, who is rumoured to be creating Little Big Planet 3, but notably removes prominent Minecraft developer Mojang and Angry Birds creator Rovio from the list.
Sony's revised list of the 30 European studios confirmed to be developing for the PlayStation 4:

well, the list was wrong still though......cause the old one included studios that are not only in Europe.....Capcom, BANDAI NAMCO, CC2, Tecmo Koei, Platinum Games....etc.....and those mostly have exclusives always for PS......so im still way calmed, cause they are my favs....
i am watching this in the highest possible resulution in the higest video quality and i am wondering WHERE ARE THE PIXELS

Though I'm not bothered about the strategy game on console, I'm getting Rome 2 on PC even if it does go console, which it isn't.

The lack of R* games in the list makes me believe that GTA V will be exclusive to current gen

I would assume there's a PS4 version of Need for Speed in development then, seeing Criterion appear on this list
A pretty good list. Never heard of most of the devs to get dropped so I'm not bothered.

Ask an American to draw a map of the world and it will probably come out looking like something from Art Attack.

The list still doesn't somehow excite me.2K and Avalanche are the only two I'm looking forward to but otherwise I'm still not certain what the other studios will bring to the table.Every day I become more and more convinced that Sony's PS4 will be better than the Xbox 720 but Microsoft will certainly pull out better games and exclusives than the PS4.If this happens,I'll surely buy the Xbox 720 since the hardware is almost similar and the exclusive list will be the decider in more than one way.
@Samparksh In terms of exclusives .. Sony has the greatest hand hear .. ps3 exclusives was remarkable compared to exclusives of Xbox which most was arcade games except halo and gears of war .. Sony has little big planet .. god of war series , uncharted series .. GT series , heavy rain , last of us , .... etc .. all that cause Sony owns much more studios than Microsoft has
Still more than Microsoft that's for sure. But it don't matter... only the game does.

1 Like Now really a big deal. Sony will still have about 11 or 12 1st party studios making games as well. We only hope they get released at a reasonable time this time around. No more games taking 3-4 years and then not living up to the hype (cough GT5 cough). Where the hell is The Last Guardian?

In all seriousness there's gonna be a pretty strong exclusive line up--just don't expect to see GT6 anytime soon.

so those are the EU ones or???........i guess, i still can be sure the japanese side like TECMO, Namco Bandai and Platinum games are still going to be on the list!
