Shippin' Out Oct. 30-Nov. 5: Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception
Naughty Dog sends Nathan Drake on another adventure as Sonic Generations, The Lord of the Rings: War in the North, and GoldenEye 007: Reloaded ship to stores.
Sandwiched between last week's Battlefield 3 and next week's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception is vying for some highly contested consumer dollars. Sonic Generations will attempt to deliver a hybrid Sonic experience, Snowblind Studios' hack-and-slash take on The Lord of the Rings hits shelves, and GoldenEye goes HD.
Nathan Drake is back in the third Uncharted game. One of the PlayStation 3's top franchises, the latest entry features familiar faces and follows Drake as he tries to find his way through the Arabian Peninsula and its bleak Empty Quarter. In addition to new multiplayer overhauls, the game will feature stereoscopic 3D capability, new stealth and melee maneuvers, and more.
The iconic blue hedgehog is back in two forms in Sonic Generations for the Xbox 360 and PS3. This time around, Sonic's new friend is Sonic: the classic '90s chili-dog-eating, family-band-playing, fastest-thing-alive version. Both the current-gen and old-school Sonics are fully playable, and they travel through levels custom-tailored to their respective play styles.
Snowblind Studios' The Lord of the Rings: War in the North for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC brings hack-and-slash action to Middle-earth. War in the North focuses on the fellowship of a dunedain (ranger), dwarf, and elf attempting to fend off Sauron's armies in the North that are headed by one of Sauron's top lieutenants, Agandaur. Multiplayer will allow for simultaneous looting and leveling with three players online, or two players locally.
Almost a year to the day after the well-regarded Wii version hit last year, GoldenEye 007 is set for release on Xbox 360 and PS3 as GoldenEye 007: Reloaded. Like the Wii game, this is not a port of the N64 game, but a reimagining of the classic shooter with an all-new story--now in HD. This remastered first-person shooter is set to feature 16-player online matches and a four-player split-screen mode.

Getting uncharted 3 worth the money. Aslo gd luck sonic you need it since sega proflits down, but rest big gd luck because not everyone not goint to buy all the games
Also, BF3 vs MW3? MW3 vs BF3? Yeah right. Uncharted 3's multiplayer owns the hell out of both of those games combined. I may have been around -700 in K/D when it finished but I had a hell of a time playing that I surely didn't have playing BF3's beta (first and only short-lived Battlefield experience, mind you) or Black Ops. Don't have to play MW3 to know it will be the same thing.
Uncharted 3. Sonic Generations. What gaming is all about. Well that and fun now, file for bankruptcy later.
UC 3 is going to be a great title, although I was surprised by the review that G4 gave it. 4 out of 5?? Sessler seemed to think it took a step back from UC2.It really had big shoes to fill, which may have lead to huge expectations, and are hard to live up to. Either way, I have to finish UC2 first, then I may take a journey through UC3.
Drake gets a new story again.... woohoo.... lets see what they have for us this year..... I know its good... just how good....

everyones being all macho with their game choices...take a walk on the wild side for once will ya. Disney Princess Enchanting storybooks YAY!!!! XD and its under THQ woot!!! Darksiders was sweet so im guessing this game will be epic!!! LOL!!
Next week Skyrim comes out, I'm pretty much done when I get Skyrim. there are some good titles in this weeks release list, Goldeneye Reloaded might be good, Uncharted 3, War In The North, NCIS? [I doubt NCIS will be any good as a game but I love the show.] and let's not forget VOLTRON! it'll be awesome. *Note* in regards to Voltron, I'm not serious :)

I just learned about Goldeneye: Reloaded yesterday, and it's already being released. I expect high fan ratings, but low overall enthusiasm. Also, Sonic Generations! YEAH!
I'll wait for U3 GOTY edition. I'm not going to spend 85 bucks(season pass) for a single game. I did this with Gears of War 3 too. I don't support season passes.
Otomedius Excellent! If I hadn't just imported several Japanese CAVE shooters for XBOX 360, OE would be a day-one purchase for me! I'll just have to wait until early 2012.
All im getting this week is Gears 3 DLC, next week is Skyrim for me, 4 days later, Saints 3.
Sweet. Dora & Kai-Lan's Pet Shelter is at the top of my list. Probably going to be game of the year.
got UC3 preorder + DLC package (eventhough I normally hate these DLC traps, but UC3 is to good to miss up on)
