Shippin' Out July 12-18: NCAA Football 10, Unbound Saga
EA's college football sim and Sony's comic-style brawler slam onto retail; NIS America's quirky strategy title Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman also surfaces on PSN.
Going into the second full week of July, there's no relief for gamers seeking a flood of new releases. However, the spigot isn't completely dry, with a few notable titles hitting the retail market. Electronic Arts' NCAA Football 10 leads the charge, available Tuesday for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, and PlayStation Portable. The football sim features a new "player lock" system, in which players can bind the camera to locate and follow any athlete on the field. The bound character can then be controlled as the sports action unfolds.
For the PSP, Unbound Saga is jumping out from the comic book world. This side-scrolling brawler is based on a story whose characters are aware they are heroes in a work of fiction. Protagonists Rick and Lori trek through 10 scenarios on a quest to discover why they're trapped in a fantasy world. Also on the Sony portable console is NIS America's unusual and long-winded title Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do to Deserve This? The 8-bit-style strategy game allows players to create deadly dungeons filled with a menagerie of monsters. Both of these PSP games will only be downloadable from the PlayStation Network.
For further details on the week's games, visit GameSpot's New Releases page. The full list of downloadable games on the PlayStation Store, Xbox Live Marketplace, and the Wii Shop Channel will be revealed later this week. Release dates are based on retailer listings and are subject to change.

ugh nothing good this week DX. hope next week is better
Nothing good..
NCAA is the only decent game out this week and for me that wont even get a rent :(
Holy Invasion of Privacy, Badman! What Did I Do to Deserve This? What a name...
I mean bust as it will bring nothing new, still have cheap gimmicks to exploit and cost $60.
I got some madballs that are ready for some invading :)
nothing good this week =(
nothing good, maybe next week
Another week to save money for the up coming games that will be released in August thru November.
It's NCAA 9.5. They made virtually no improvements to the game. At least not $60 worth.
I'm on the fence about NCAA, but it certainly won't bust...its football after all.
NCAA Football 10 is going to be a bust.
why dont they release more games during the summer!?!!??! its like even with work and/or summer school there's still a ton of free time and yet there's this huge dry spell.
Monkey Island!
Got too many games to finish anyway. And we're still going for that 43 million kills in Battlefield 1943.
The only game worthy of even looking at this month is finally out, NCAA Football 10.
@mightychir NISA attributed this to financial reasons.
cant believe madballs game is 15 bucks...no thanks for that price
Looks kinda eh...But why does HolyInvasion of Privacy.....have to be download only? D:
Picking my copy of NCAA FB 10 tonight. Can't wait.
Meh.
oh slow games week, how i don't heart you.
Yes! Nancy Drew. This one is going to be better than the last one "Nancy Drew and the Virginity Bandit"
and they wonder why they see -20% sales compared to last year sheesh...
