Man the U.S. dollar's really become worthless when 4,800 yen is $61. The other point I had is how Sony really has targeted European/American gamers with Infamous, Heavy Rain, Killzone, Resistance, Uncharted. It's really the 3rd parties doing the work on the PS3.

Sega is the weirdest Japanese company IMO. They have a strange tendency to score top spots in both he best and worst games of year awards! If they can just deliver a super game instead of every 3 sup-bar games they make, they'll make the comeback every Dreamcast fan is waiting for.

Yakuza zombies. That was one i'd play any day over Dead Rising. Too bad there isn't in english... Anyway, good for SEGA, their latest games were good. Resonance of Fate, Vanquish, Sonic Colors, all awesome. Keep investing on Tri-ace BTW

Good for SEGA. I'd love to see them finally break into the hardware market again eventually, but this is as good as anything. Now if only we could get Valkryia Chronicles 3 on the PS3. (Though I will settle for localised PSP releases).

@OJdaLIONKing SE has been progressively losing it's foot hold on everything, they're making CGI movies now instead of games, do you know how many cut scenes we had to sit through in the past couple of FF games? Too many.

It says something that publishers like Kadokawa Shoten (who as far as I know only produce low budget anime spinoffs for PSP and the like) and 5pb (which I've never heard of) are on this list but Square Enix isn't. I know it's the summer doldrums, but that just shows that SE needs to focus on releases throughout the year.

Yeah, go for it Sega. Make more Yakuza (Ryu ga Gotoku) games. An incredible series with a lot of content unlike many games todays. If you've a PS3 but don't own Yakuza games then you're doing it wrong.

Game prices in Europe: 60-65 euro: $84-$91 (60% of games at launch) 70 euro: $98 (30% games like FIFA and such usually sit around here at launch) 80 euro: $112 (not limited editions... like Dead Rising 2) Not too worried about 1 game costing them $97... its Yakuza. People in the States have it cheap. Don't they, Japan? Go Sega. Tore up all competition in June.
