Scooby-Doo! Unmasked ships
THQ answers the musical question, "Scooby-Dooby-Doo, where are you?" The answer: He's on his way to retail.
Everybody's favorite cowardly canine sleuth with a potentially crippling eating disorder is set to return to shelves throughout North America with Scooby-Doo! Unmasked for the PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox, and Game Boy Advance.
When a movie monster design studio is beset by spookiness, it's up to Scooby and the gang to figure out who's behind the nastiness and unmask the truth. As Scooby himself, players will negotiate platform stages with the aid of costumes that imbue the Doo with new abilities, for instance a bat costume that lets players glide or a Robin Hood costume that lets Scooby stave off enemies with a bow and arrow.
Scooby-Doo! Unmasked is rated E for Everyone and retails for $29.99. A Nintendo DS version of the game is expected to see release later this fall. For more on the game, check out GameSpot's hands-on impressions.
