You greedy...motherfuckers. If you want to play that way then I'll get this game in two years...used. I've bought every one of their games at full price and this is the final straw.

Saints Row: The Third is likely to get even more ridiculous, as THQ today announced Enter the Dominatrix, a stand-alone expansion to last year's over-the-top open-world crime game.
Set for release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, Enter the Dominatrix will introduce super powers to the world of Saints Row. The game will see the Third Street Saints targeted by aliens who view their leader as the only possible impediment to their plans for world domination. To eliminate that impediment, the aliens kidnap the gang's leader and trap him in a virtual replica of Third Street Saints stomping ground Steelport nicknamed the Dominatrix.
The original Saints Row: The Third launched last November to a strong critical reception. The game picked up with the Third Street Saints after the gang had grown to the point of becoming a brand, complete with licensed sneakers, energy drinks, and bobbleheads. However, that success put them at odds with a criminal fraternity called the Syndicate, drawing the group into a new turf war. The game has been added to four times through downloadable content, but Enter the Dominatrix will be the first stand-alone expansion for Saints Row: The Third.

in my opinion i like saints row 3 more than the 2nd one/ that might be cuz i overplayed saints row 2

1 Like A $30 expansion on its own is fine (like PC games back in the day), but a $30 expansion on top of an entire season's pass worth of content that people paid for is lame as hell.
Too bad current gen consoles can't process the Super Secret Season Pass, otherwise this would be free for a lot of people.
Tee hee hee, and this won't be part of the season pass :) Forza guys pulled the same crap, when they released teh May car pack. Sure, nobody expected another pack, but point is "Season" to me implies "1 year of shit I've already paid for" not.. "shit paid for in advance".
1 Like hi every one em for me i got the season pass just becuase i love saints row allthough when i got the season pass i didnt expect to be paying for mission DLC the thing is ive spent a lot of money on saints allready and i mean they couldent have picked a worser time for releasing this expansion realy i mean fall so autum in the uk so heres the thing with the money im intending on spending on games like HALO 4 ASSASINS CREED 3 TOMB RAIDER BLACK OPS 2 to name a few im a bit pissed off at THQ i mean another $30 i honestly dont think so its a bit dissapointing so to be honest i dont know about shelling another $30 for this game & one last thing the GTA thing and the SAINTS thing is a sad case saints isnt trying to be gta & gta isnt trying to be saints they are both very different and very cool games so why compare them anyway saints made me a fan of THQ games but now ive got a bad opinian towards them so much for there fan base & dont get me started about the official web site SRTT.COM need i say more thanks for takeing the time to read this people its only my opinian so please dont be byass to what ive said.

Still i didn`t pay for one of SR3 DLC, cause the PSN card for the Europe version is so expensive and i`m bankrupt. but its ok i won`t sell it for this reason cause its great and epic game. :)

Damit! I already bought the season pass where they "teased" the powers for a couple of minutes but now we have to pay $30 for the "full experience". This is BS

2 Like Volition sucks. The PC version is terrible. I don't even play the game because I still can't get a playable framrate. Having said that I will NOT be buying this DLC.
2 Like This game's pretty system-intensive. It runs mine smooth as butter off a bald monkey's head. But to be fair, my PC's not even a year old.
PC version has better effects, better shadows, better draw distance, and actual SSAO. You need a decent GPU to run those.
2 Like Saints Row The Third was quite good even if the PC release was buggy. $30 for a paint job on a 6 month old release is tough to swallow though. They're definitely a little DLC happy with this game. I'll pass.

@RedWave247 @Kastigador Idk about you but I'm pretty damn pissed that they didn't let us keep the super powers in the trouble with clones. I mean I bought the game, bought season pass and now they want me to shell out $30 for this!? It may not be a paint job but I shouldn't have to be paying the price of half of a game when I already spent so much.
So being able to fly and firing different kinds of projectile attacks with your hands is worth $30? I'm having a hard time imagining how much they can do with this engine that doesn't just make it a $30 one-trick pony mod makeover. Hopefully I'm wrong. When more details are released I'll know for sure.
1 Like @Kastigador I never said it was worth $30 or worth anything. Don't put words in my mouth. I'm saying that my definition of a paint job is purely aesthetics (costumes, literally paint jobs, etc), not gameplay.
And are you suggesting that flying around unassisted would NOT be fun? I may be biased, though, as my icon will indicate.

2 Like Saints row the third was amazing. This is what clones of other games should do. I am looking at you bloodforge. I think there nothing wrong with mimicking something, but if you are not going to make it better then don't make it at all.
I thought this game was already at the maximum possible level of stupidity. Heh. I guess there are new, uncharted levels of retardation yet to be realized. I'd buy it.
5 Like Ugh.. I thought the hero entering the plane from the front, killing everyone inside while he glides through the plane, and exiting through the cargo hold before saving the chick... was already superpower...?
