Just hoping SR4 puts actual effort into the story this time. SR2 had an awesome set of very well paced stories, and then SR3 had barely a story at all. They can go as silly as they want, just as long as they remember what it was that made SR2 work so well.
Saints Row IV 'Super Dangerous Wub Wub Edition' revealed
$99 Collector's Edition to include 12-inch Dubstep gun equipped with laser and sound, as well as a Dubstep Doomsday button and Johnny Gat statue.
Fans have voted on what they want in a collector's edition for Saints Row IV, and now Deep Silver has responded.
Today, the publisher announced the $99 Saints Row IV Super Dangerous Wub Wub Edition, a premium bundle that packs in a 12-inch Dubstep gun (with laser and sound), as well as a Dubstep Doomsday button and a Johnny Gat statue.
The bundle includes all perks featured in the Commander in Chief version of Saints Row IV. This includes alternate box art, a 'Merica weapon, an Uncle Sam Suit, and a Screaming Eagle jet.
In Saints Row IV, players have superpowers and moonlight as the president of the United States. One of the objectives of the game is to save Earth from an alien invasion.
The game launches August 20 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC, but not the Wii U. A worldwide release will follow on August 23.
