RoadKill ships for PS2 and Xbox

Midway announces the North American release of its postapocalyptic vehicular combat game for the PS2 and Xbox.

Midway Games has today announced the North American release of the PlayStation 2 and Xbox versions of RoadKill. The postapocalyptic vehicular combat game, which was developed by Terminal Reality, is also scheduled for release on the GameCube later this month.

"RoadKill is an intense gaming experience set to an entertaining soundtrack with a radio system featuring licensed songs and seven hours of original programming that changes as gamers adventure through different cities," said Helene Sheeler, vice president of marketing at Midway.

RoadKill features more than 40 different customizable vehicles in which players will attempt to complete more than 30 story-driven missions against rival gangs. For more information on RoadKill, which also features multiplayer deathmatch support, check out our full review of the game.
