PSP Dual Packs debut this week
Sony bundling two-pack portable releases of Ratchet and Clank, Daxter, Syphon Filter, Killzone, SOCOM for $15.
The PlayStation Vita is expected to begin shipping later this year, but Sony isn't quite yet ready to retire the six-year-old PSP. Today, the game company offered a cheap way to pick up top-rated games for the system en masse.
Beginning this week, Sony will launch the PSP Dual Pack line, which includes two games for $14.99. The soon-to-be-available PSP Dual Packs will come in the following configurations: Secret Agent Clank and Daxter; Syphon Filter: Logan's Shadow and Killzone Liberation; and Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror and SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs: Fireteam Bravo.
The PSP Dual Packs can be purchased at retail or downloaded through the PlayStation Network. Sony did not indicate whether it plans to release additional Dual Pack configurations in the future. The company had not responded to a request for comment as of press time.
