Pilot Down Web site up
Promotional site for the WWII action game features a new trailer.
Pilot Down: Behind Enemy Lines has found a home on the Web, UK publisher Oxygen Interactive announced today. The promotional Web site features the standard fare, including game info, screenshots, wallpapers, and a new downloadable trailer.
The stealth-oriented action game is set in occupied Europe in the winter of 1944. As the title suggests, players control downed American pilot Lieutenant Bill Foster behind German lines. Aside from sneaking about and shooting Nazis en route to Switzerland, Foster will be subject to the extreme environmental conditions, requiring players to attend to food and shelter as well.
Pilot Down will be released in the UK later this month on the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and PC. A US release is scheduled for later this year.
