Nintendo revives Player's Choice

Super Smash Bros. Melee and other Nintendo games will be offered for a reduced price.

Nintendo has announced that it has launched its Player's Choice line of value-priced games for the GameCube. The first games to fall under the Player's Choice line include Super Smash Bros. Melee, Luigi's Mansion, and Pikmin--each will retail for $29.95. This announcement follows Nintendo's recent decision to provide consumers with a copy of Metroid Prime, Star Fox Adventures, Resident Evil 0, or Mario Party 4 upon purchase of a GameCube system.
