Mists of Pandaria servers launching in Australia September 25
Blizzard will launch its World of Warcraft expansion Mists of Pandaria in Australian and New Zealand next week; details inside.
Australian and New Zealand World of Warcraft players gearing up for the World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria expansion can pre-plan their gaming schedule, with Blizzard revealing details about the launch of the game's servers.
Blizzard revealed that the servers for the new expansion will launch at 5 p.m. AEST on September 25.
For reference, the server launch in local times are:
New Zealand Standard Time: 7:00 p.m.
Australian Eastern Standard Time: 5:00 p.m.
Australian Central Standard Time: 4:30 p.m.
Australian Western Standard Time: 3:00 p.m.
The game will be available for purchase at retailers on September 25 from 9 a.m. local time. The times are also listed in a post on the Battle.net forums.
The World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria expansion introduces a new playable race and continent to the seven-year-old MMO game: the Pandaren, a race of panda-like martial artists, and Pandaria, their homeland. It also bumps the level cap to 90, and adds a new monk class.
