Mass Effect 3 DLC teased?

Producers Casey Hudson and Mike Gamble tweet teasers of potential upcoming expansion content for action role-playing game.
Mass Effect 3 has already welcomed a bevy of postrelease expansion content, but more could be on the way. BioWare producers Casey Hudson and Mike Gamble today tweeted two "teaser" images for unannounced content for the action role-playing game.
The first image (at right) depicts a colorful casino setting. Hudson teased, "Looks like a nice place for some R&R…" The second image (below) shows an armored Krogan creature wielding a heavy melee weapon. Gamble said of the image, "Does not like a guy you'd like to mess with…"
In December, BioWare teased the next single-player expansion for Mass Effect 3, saying it will be "all hands on deck for this one." Additionally, Mass Effect chief composer Sam Hulick has revealed he will contribute to the new content after no involvement with the game's Leviathan and Omega DLC.
Also set to make a return for the mystery content is film and voice actor Seth Green (Family Guy, Austin Powers). Green has performed the voice of Normandy pilot Joker since the series first took flight.

It would be nice if the mass effect team give a ending commanor with a happy ending where Shepard wins without dying. The chose of ending is good but at the time it like the mass effect team gave us the finger. The hope for Shepard possible life is with destroy reaper with his body on a pile of debre taken in air after falling to earth. Please mass effect team don't let a bird in the face be the last of Shepard.
just finished mass effect 2 , replay of trilogy.
Should i wait for this DLC, or should i just get leviathan or omega and start my character on ME3 ??? hmmnn

<3 Okay look we are all Entitled to our Opinions some Hate the Endings (Me) Some don't, but i se why theres ben so much uproar when a Company makes all these Promises and Such fails to Honor them hands us a Sugar coated piece of crap don't get me wrong i love the game til the end, just I know for a Fact people would pay for a Better Ending so does EA ,none the less i will buy the DLC just the same
1 Like Ending aside, ME3 was just a cloned cliche of everything popular before it. Hated the new sprinting, hated the new gunplay mechanics, and absolutely hated the lack of exploration and quests not involving chest-high walls for cover fire. It all seemed so "Gears of Deus Ex: HR" to me.
The story (before the ending) was okay but overdramatic at times, whereas ME1 and 2 felt like fun sci-fi TV shows.
i personally cant wait for the next dlc i have been a fan of the franchise since the very beginning and will continue to be a fan regardless of the ending.
and to all the people disgusted at ME3 and continue to rant on message boards and comments i think we can all agree that ME3 was flawed and did not live up to are expectations. But if you are done with the game and refuse to play the game then quit b****ing about it and focus on a game you do like but im sick of seeing you guys show up each time a story or news about ME3 is posted just so you can rant some more...move on and deal with it

i love Mass effect but the Endings ruined it all i believe if Bioware was in complete Contorl Casey and the other Bioware Staffers would have lived up to there word, to much auto dialoge the dialoge tree dumb down, they did better in ME1 &2 you can't keep track of your progress or anything, i know for a Fact me included would Pay for a Good Ending, iwill buy this new DLC but the SP was NEGLECTED AND HORDE MODE mp WAS GIVEN MORE dlc

There were a lot of problems with the ending.WHY does the size of an army determine whether or not Shepard lives or dies? That doesn't make sense at all. Furthermore, why does Shepard die at all? Why couldn't there be a "happy ending" where they all regroup and rebuild together and he can be with his true love and at peace? This is not a matter of it making sense, but a matter of how limited and restricted fans were to make their own ending.WHY does every ending have the same cutscenes with only a slight color variation? Of course, we're led to assume: yes, you control the Reapers/yes, all organics and AI are one now/ yes, the Reapers are destroyed. But fans don't want to assume and imagien for themselves: they want to SEE IT.But I think my biggest pet peeve is why did this all happen at all? I've heard various stories: the original writer for 1 and 2 left, only a few select writers knew about the ending. It does't really matter. SOMEONE made the decision to not review that ending before sending the final product out. I can't imagine everyone in Bioware/EA sat down, saw that ending and went, "Yeah, that's going to be good." They had to know, regardless of how much sense it made, that it would SUCK. And that's exactly what happened: the ending was a colossol failure.But THEN, when you thought it was all over: they released DLC. The funny thing about the extended edition is that, while it was designed to explain the ending, all it really did was explain why their ending sucked so much. Leviathan, the apparent creators of the Reapers came into play, and now there was a chance at deactivating Reaper after Reaper through the minds of these creatures. But they never showed up to fight apparently AND, when it becomes a dialogue option with the god-child (the only time it appears in the final mission) that little smart-a$$ son of b#$%h has an answer for that too, hence dismissing the whole point of the DLC altogether ..To date, Omega (despite not having any impact on the ending other than being a number in your army) is the ONLY thing Mass Effect 3 related I have liked. Wasn't the best storyline, but at least it worked.Now they're making ANOTHER DLC and while I have some hope restored thanks to Omega, it's less than 50% anticipation.AND THEN they're going to make a Mass Effect 4!?!? Are you kidding me? Aside from the fact that they had the audacity to ask if fans preferred a sequel or a prequel (something they should be able to figure out on their own but can't because they KNOW they ruined the series all together), the whole idea is ridiculous. A prequel doesn't make sense because we all know what happens and ultimately that ruins the whole experience (especially because we all know the outcome is disappointing). A sequel is stupid because what villain, regardless of however many years later, is going to top the Reapers? Unless the villain's creators...oh wait, that's leviathan and I don't want to touch that topic again....I don't think you realize the gravity of how badly that ending ruined the series. It made everything such a disappointment All those memorable characters, all those epic moments, it's all for nothing. There is no true triumph in the end.You claim the control/synthesis endings were indoctrination. But we all know that's not true because Bioware dismissed the whole indoctrination theory. Which brings us back to what I was getting at in my original post. The indoctrination theory could have saved their lazy a$$es big time and they chose to make their ending even worse than it was upon release.So when they ask about Mass Effect 4, I laugh and say make nothing. Forget about this series. Leave it alone. Let it be forgotten and die away in the pages of history of one of gaming's greatest failures. Make a new series all together.These "simpletons" and "retards" you speak of are not just whiners and complainers. These were fans who truly shared a love for this series that are upset and disappointed with this once proud and grand universe that has fallen at the hands of three distinct colors. When you learn of such a disappointment that definitely could have been avoided, you lose respect for those responsible.That is the story of Mass Effect. This is now their legacy.

Multiplayer kept the game alive far past it's expiration date, to bad they nerfed it to hell over and over 'till it wasn't fun anymore.

Uhm - what do you mean it should not be considered a ME game? It is an Action RPG that continues the story of Commander Shepeard and the galaxy's strife of dealing with the Reapers. The game has deep story telling (just like ME2) robust action game play (just like ME2), various paragon and renegade dialogue and action choices (just like ME2) and a wide number of side quests that take you deeper into the ME galaxy (just like 2).
Many even say that the action has been enhanced better than 2. In addition - the game continues on the diverse story telling of the ME universe (which is to be continued past Sheppard - a side note for those that continue to get all berserk over the ME3 ending, or should I say the ending of this ARC...)
So in reflection upon these facts, one has to ponder what comment originally sparked a feeling of "ignorance". Is it pedrote's or is it :"its nothing like me 1 or me 2 and it shouldn't be even be called a mass effect game"? I'm guessing pedrote felt like speaking in the ignorant tone that influenced that comment. Therefore, in closing "B!tch Please..."

3 Like I'm pumped. Despite the mediocre reviews for the last two DLC. Leviathan, the extended cut ending, and Omega rocked. I mean they where really good.
this is good news... because I'm still hoping to get a real ending and maybe get some nice closure for my character... I mean, the ending was just plain stupid without a real boss fight... I should've fought Harbinger in a full assault leading the fleet I assembled (he should've been the biggest reaper standing between my fleet led by the Normandy and the Citadel) - after kicking his arse I could've just picked one of the endings where Anderson, Hackett and Shepard were supposed to celebrate the victory in London (along with all of the alive squadmates)
Great, more DLC that should have been in the original game in the first place. I am still waiting for the Harbinger DLC which explains why Harbinger did not talk in 3 nor did he play a big role. You know it is coming because remember when you saw him on Earth? All Shepard said was "Harbinger...." like something had happened we didn't see.
@toddx77 Omega is the only DLC that was supposed to be in ME3 but was taken out before release. I don't know where you got that information about "more DLC that should'vebeen in the original game".
BTW, Lair of the Shadow Broker was also taken out from ME2 at the last moment... and nobody complained though.

2 Like Bioware made Kotor 1,Mass Effect,Mass Effect 2,Dragon Age: Origins,and Dragon Age: Origins Awakening.EAware made Mass effect 3,Dragon age 2,and star wars the old republic and all 3 games destroyed the franchises and Bioware .To bad they didn't become like badass companies like Rocksteady,Rockstar,Gearbox,and even Ubisoft.Oh well I'm going to go back and play Borderlands 2 have fun playing games from a milked franchise.
5 Like People should give the Mass Effect 3 ending a pass, completely. Just play Mass Effect 1 and 2 and imagine your own ending. Forget the ending of 3, the missions sucked overall with poor level design but some decent story telling at least at times, the cover system is very clunky, and the powers can be done almost none stop. It was by far way easier then 1 or 2 on insanity because of the broken AI just taking your powers none stop. I didn't even have to micro manage my squad mates to beat insanity mode like the other 2. It is even worse in the MP.
Every single MP session is hit power button 1, then power button 2, and once in a blue moon power 3. Guns optional. Stand right here in this corner of the map and do not move, repeat button massing till all stupid enemies walk right into your powers are dead. Then purchase a pack and hope you get a new character (seems you always get guns first). Didn't get one, well just use real world money so you can stand in the same corner of the map and hit their power buttons none stop to get more credits to buy another character to stand there with. Takes real talent to stand in a room and hit RB and LB none stop but that is how it is.
2 Like @MinerAvatar I agree with you on the none stop power use. I'm not the greatest gamer in terms of skills, but even I didn't have much trouble getting through insanity. When I found out combining Liara's singularity with the throw power (both cool down instantly) resulted in almost instant kills, I could cruise through most levels. And the cover system is clumsy, not always reacting to what the player wants. I didn't really experience the level design as worse than in 2. If anything, I felt motivated to use the map and not stay in the same place all the time (like I did in 2), especially when smoke bombs were involved. The AI also didn't seem that different from 2, although they could have been more challenging.
As for the story, I'm not going there without discussing actual content and that'll take too long. But well, for those who didn't like the three endings, there's always the fourth option of refusing to choose and letting the cycle continue... Seems to me like a very suitable way to say **** you to 3.
