Mass Effect 3 Datapad app retired today
Electronic Arts pulling free companion app from iTunes today, suggests players use N7HQ instead.
Electronic Arts has announced that the Mass Effect 3 Datapad app is being retired and will be removed from the iTunes app store today.
EA gave no reason as to why the app is being taken offline. The company suggested players check out the mobile-optimized N7HQ instead.
The Mass Effect 3 Datapad app launched in March 2012 and was a news and video hub for the spacebound role-playing game.
BioWare is currently at work on the next Mass Effect, described as "fresh and new."
