Koei president resigns

I'm glad he left, he's the man who just decided to pump out as much money as he can from the DW Series. See, now we'll get some different games. Not the same old thing every year. Buthey, I like DW, but it's just gettin old.

Please don't let this affect the "Warriors/Musou" series of games!

I'm lookin forward to what Opoona brings to the table, but otherwise Koei haven't really impressed at all over the last few years. I mean, Dynasty Warrior is one of the crappiest franchises ever, talk about repetetive gameplay.

I would quit too if I helped make "GUNDAM MUSOU". Wow Koei has just wnet downhill in recent years.

DW/SW games are crap anyway, IMO. Maybe this new leadership will help assure some real innovation in the company and actually release some worthwhile games.

Awesome! The company needs new leadership. The Dynasty Warriors franchise has just turned into rehash after rehash after rehash. Hopefully the new CEO won't allow crap like that.

Best known for craptacular Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors? I think not... Try the numerous STRATEGY games they created for the past 20 years... sheesh. Maybe now they'll refocus on what made the company great.

I think it's funny how people whine about too many Dynasy Warriors sequels when Megaman/Rockman has at least 5 times as many in the series. And I've loved almost every single one.

man, i just hope the next Dynast Warriors (and i'm certain there will be another one) is actually next gen and well developed unlike every other one in the series. and come on koei, there are so many other points in history you could make an awesome game on, why are you so single mindedly stuck on Dynasty Warriors. hundred years war is a start, but there are much better choices you could have made
