I was actually expecting some Rise Against... Silly me, eh? Not a single good peice of music here. A pity.

I won't buy anything poisoned by Kanye the Tool.

There only a few good songs here. Im dissapointed. Playlist too small.

Background music will be OFF for me. Rap music shouldn't be in a racing game. I've never understood how one can want to drive fast to a repetitive beat and lame lyrics. Essentially, rock music should be the dominate musical genre in this game. But alas... EA sucks with music playlists. Maybe Rockstar should get hold of a NFS game and show them how to make a proper in-game soundtrack.

No Rise Against, Linkin Park, Red Hot Chili Peppers, hell, not even some great solo singers. Bad soundtrack.

wow, only good looking thing in this soundtrack is the name mike patton, (yo kanye, stick to producing) im sure theyll be a couple others though. as for the game, looks like it wont come close to delivering the joys i had with most wanted. ill still wait but lookin gloomy, you know?

When a conspiracy theory nut like Kanye, gets on stage and acts like that, it doesn't make him a blunderer - it makes him a piece of trash. Anyway - the game looks good, most of the music is pretty bad - at least there's not a lot of cRAP.

The game doesnt need Rap music as RAP is NOT music. It is just some untalented guys talking while holding on to their penis because they cant play an instrument. The Music selection seems fine too me. :)

I heard that midway through the Kanye track he stops the music and pauses to berate you on how badly you suck and awesome he is.

In a game like this, I suppose the gameplay and the graphics are what matter the most.

By putting out this list, I'll assume this is a confession that you won't be able to use custom soundtracks ... which is just sad. I'll admit, however, that this seems like a much better offering than EA usually tries to throw together. If it wants to be a sim, it will need an option to turn all background music off, of course :wink:

we all know that EA aint on e 2 mess with when it comes to soundtracks but will the game be any good? and since its going up against games like Forza and GT, it essentially sucks.

I'm gonna guess the Kanye West song is from 80s & Heartbreak cause I've never heard of it >_> Why not get some of his GOOD stuff instead?

I only recognize a few of the bands like deadmau5 and Kanye if I got this game Id listen to the other tracks to see If I like them before putting in my ipod which has deadmau5,kanye and many other things. though Im not that interested in racing games but I would not let the soundtrack decide whether I bought it or not
