Infogrames goes Gothic

Although Gothic II is already out in Germany, the role-playing game's US release has been in doubt because of recent business shifts at the Austrian publisher JoWood. Today JoWood announced that it has signed a deal with Infogrames to handle the international marketing and distribution of Gothic II. Infogrames will handle the game in all territories except Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, where the game has sold 100,000 copies since last November.
