Infinium hires Andrew Schneider
Infinium Labs appoints Andrew Schneider, formerly of Sony Pictures Digital, as its senior vice president of marketing.
Infinium Labs announced that it has appointed Andrew Schneider as its senior vice president of marketing. Schneider joins Infinium Labs from Sony Pictures Digital where he was senior vice president and general manager of the media software and services group as well as senior vice president of broadband content. During his time at Sony Pictures Digital, Schneider was responsible for launching interactive television versions of Jeopardy!, Wheel of Fortune, and for creating an online companion to the Dawson's Creek TV show.
"We are sharpening our marketing focus as we get closer to launch, and Andrew's innovative ideas and extensive entertainment experience will be instrumental in bringing the Phantom Gaming Service to consumers on November 18th," said Kevin Bachus, president of Infinium Labs. "Andrew has a proven track record in delivering marketing and business development results, and he understands how to captivate our customers and our partners."
"The Phantom Gaming Service provides ease-of-use and convenience in delivering quality games straight to customers, any time, day or night, on demand," added Schneider. "I'm very excited to be joining such a talented team at the forefront of a major trend in broadband content distribution."
In his new position, Schneider will be responsible for leading Infinium's marketing efforts for the upcoming launch of its Phantom Gaming Service.
