GT5 update and DLC detailed

It is a shame that Forza is a Xbox exclusive, otherwise GT, would be nothing more than "water under the bridge"

Why don't they out source modelling duties? its ridiculous, that Sonys flag ship racing game has a handful of employees...that?s why forza can pop out so many cars they got 1bizlion people working at turn10

A perfect example of a completely missed opportunity and just generally bad handling of a franchise. GT5 is a complete failure compared to Forza 4 and how they handle DLC.

GT5? I prefer GT2. I just need to remember where i put my PS1.

this game is really good when it comes to engineering and physics behind cars,, 

but it still lacks fun and adrenaline rush of NFS !!!!!

if only the real BRZ was 99cents.

I wish they would release more cars in a DLC pack of 10 or 20 cars at a time, instead of  only 3 each sold on its own :(

Not much downloadable has come out for this game in the time its been out.

It has been a fairly disappointing Gran Turismo game, they could do some much more with it but they just dont..

why can't they add some good cars. we don't need any more nissans there are almost 200 nissans already. add the ariel atom and the v8 atom. or add ken blocks fiest HFHV thats what we need.

Now in a very Gamespot manor they are going to make a new news topic on Forza Motorsport/Horizon (Finally completed every race on Forza 4 today). Or at least thats how they usually do it lol.

Anyway even though I haven't touch Gran Turismo 5 in a good year, its good to hear that Polyphony Digital is updating a excellent racing game.

Why do they even bother with the BRZ in the game. There is already the Toyota 86 GT, and the Scion FR-S,  which are the exact same car.  I would rather waste a dollar by throwing nickles at people.

Really? People complaining that just 3 cars and that forza puts 10 cars??.. For Christ Sake come on!!, Gran Turismo 5 had over 1000 cars since the very beginning, and how many the other self-called opponent?.. oh yeah that's right.. not even close... WTF with this fan people....

ONLY thing i want is a BETTER Chase cam!!!! That's it!!! For christ sake!!!!! It can't be so hard to make a chase cam similar to Froza 4!!! Love GT5 though..

Ha ha, but with those car packs in Forza4 you get like 2 or 3 cars you like and the the rest are trash, except the Porsche pack. Someone expressed disappointment because they purchased a wheel to play GT5 with but likes FM4? Crap are you on, GT5 with G25/27 or TR500 wheel destroys FM4 with any wheel you can find to use on 360. Physics is tighter and well, cars should not magically flip when riding over curbing on any race track. FM4 has loads of great things in it, but when it comes to putting the rubber on the road, I'll take GT5 every time. FM4 cars still do the magic steer thing for you, I thought Turn 10 took that out after the FM3 debacle...whatever!

WHAT, 3 new cars & fixes... While forza gets like 10 or more new cars every pack...

Polyphony has so much luxury its crazy...

I just got GT5 XL free in my PS3 Slim bundle. I already have GT5 from a previous purchase. I played it for like 2 days and then went back to playing Forza 4. lol!! GT5 is pretty boring, but I haven't played it online yet. Maybe that will be more fun. I'm glad they added some improvements though. I'm not paying a $1 for extra cars however. I can't stand Subarus. They could have did better then that.

Forza 4 >>>>>> GT5

I love my GT5 and say screw the haters,but even i dont expect much from PolyD in terms of improvement with GT6. Especially when they still cant give even the simplest of what the fans want (another Nissan,Subaru,and Honda...seriously????)

Wow ... this is the first time I thought about GT5 since I bought it on day of release ... and the 2 days I played it before selling it on.

Three new cars on top of the few hundreds there already are isn't much of a thrill.

 I'm still waiting for the fun patch. I played it for all of 40 minutes (after 3 hours of installation) nearly feel asleep. Haven't touched it since.

3 Whole New Cars! Talk about spoiling the gamer!

I remember buying a driving wheel just for GT5 when it first came out, and was honestly kinda disappointed when they wouldn't even add first person support for the PS2 ported cars :/

no patch can save this game; don't put anymore effort/money to a very old PS2 concept game.....focus on a PS4 version or at least on what a PS3 concept was supposed to be from start

grid all the way, grid 2 now !! you know its not unfair to criticize gt5 after 5 years of waiting. If i was at school "could do better" would have been the report, a lot better. If the developers of forza (hate saying that) can manage to beat it in every way in a year, what went wrong or were Sony waiting for the kine-ct to come and needed a selling point for their already lagging move system, but that's another topic entirely.

lol, below lots of people who can't read as fast as they click.  One new never before seen car and some fixes. now if turn 10 can get their asses in gear and fix blasted constant freezing during online i will be happy.

Honestly I just gave up on GT5, feels half unfinished, 3/4 PS2 game and horrible interface and multiplayer system.

Please make a full fledged PS3 game for GT 6, one that ditches PS2 model cars, tracks and a working online matchmaking. While your at it, ditch the the web interface, whose idea was that?!

thats cool. i havent gotten to the endurance races so its cool to hear they adjusted something before i get to experience it. i was hoping they would include midfield track but i guess its still a no go

This game was a major let down. Hopefully this patch helps the game some.

No disrespect to Grand Turismo, but I definitely clicked cause I thought it said GTAV
