Ghost Recon Gold ships
Ubi Soft ships Ghost Recon Gold Edition to stores.
Ubi Soft announced today that it has shipped Ghost Recon Gold Edition, a single package that combines the original Ghost Recon game and its expansion packs, Desert Siege and Island Thunder. Ghost Recon Gold Edition includes a total of 31 single-player missions from the original game and the expansion packs, more than 30 real-world US Army weapons, 16 multiplayer maps, nine multiplayer modes, and 21 multiplayer-exclusive weapons.
Originally released for the PC in November of 2001, Ghost Recon is a first-person tactical shooter that puts players in command of an elite United States commando unit. Players explore large outdoor areas with small squads of computer-controlled teammates and attempt to carry out hard-hitting attacks on enemy infantry and vehicles. The popularity of Ghost Recon has spawned ports for all major consoles.
