GameStop opening 3,000 stores at midnight Black Friday
Speciality retailer opening thousands of its stores at 12:01 this Friday with the remaining shops to open at 5 a.m. local time.
Gamers looking for a deal this Black Friday may be happy to learn GameStop is opening 3,000 of its stores across the United States at 12:01 a.m. this Friday, November 23. The majority of the company's remaining stores will open for business at 5 a.m. local time on Black Friday.
A GameStop representative told GameSpot that the 3,000 stores opening at midnight on Black Friday include a mix of GameStop Kids and traditional stores.
GameStop also revealed some of its Black Friday deals, the first of which is an Xbox 360 250GB console bundle with Forza Motorsport 4, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, and Call of Duty: Black Ops II for $250.
The retailer will also hold a buy-two-get-one-free promotion on all pre-owned products on Black Friday, and will give away copies of the Wii version of Just Dance 3 with all purchases of Just Dance 4 for the Wii. In addition, GameStop will offer the Sophix 7" Android tablet for $80 and a pre-owned DSi XL also for $80.
