Microsoft offering 30 percent discount with DLC six-pack and day-one access to American Muscle cars; test-drive begins Oct. 3.
Turn 10's Forza Motorsport 4 is the latest title that will let gamers pay up front to score a deal on postrelease content. Today, Microsoft announced that when Forza 4 launches on October 11, gamers can purchase a $30 Season Pass that grants full access to six add-on packs for the game.
Those who purchase the Forza 4 Season Pass will be offered 60 new vehicles, which will be released in installments between November 2011 and April 2012. Beyond getting a 30 percent discount on the sticker price of those six add-ons, those who pick up the Season Pass will get day-one access to the American Muscle car pack, the contents of which are listed in full below.
Microsoft also announced today that it will be giving gamers a free sample of Forza 4 prior to the game's October 11 street date. Xbox Live Gold members will be able to download a demo for Forza 4 on October 3, and everyone else will gain access as of October 7.
