Five added to PS2 Greatest Hits
Shadow of the Colossus, SOCOM 3, Jak X: Combat Racing among PlayStation 2 games with new $20 price tag.
Sony today announced that five more PlayStation 2 games have qualified for Greatest Hits status and will be repackaged and repriced beginning August 6.
The five new titles are Shadow of the Colossus, the adventure game from the developers of Ico; Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, the latest in the franchise about the raccoon burglar; SOCOM 3: US Navy SEALs, a third-person online shooter; Jak X: Combat Racing, a car combat game featuring Jak and Daxter; and Ratchet: Deadlocked, Insomniac Games' platformer.
The additions bring the total tally of PS2 Greatest Hits games to 169, which Sony boasts is more than any other system. In addition to getting their Greatest Hits club card, the games will be repackaged with new box art and sold for $19.99.
