First look: Top Angler
Xicat Interactive announces that the GameCube version of Top Angler will be released in Europe next month. First screens inside.
Xicat Interactive has today announced that it will release Top Angler for the GameCube in Europe on November 28. The game, which has been available on PlayStation 2 since last year, challenges players to progress through five bass fishing tournaments held at various lakes from around the world.
"Top Angler offers gamers of all ages a fun, realistic and challenging fishing experience," said Alex Cook, European director of sales at Xicat. "Top Angler fully immerses you into a world of fishing, with life-like motion graphics, unpredictable weather conditions and some great fishing holes, the only thing missing is the beer!"
In addition to the tournament mode, Top Angler features arcade, challenge, and practice modes of play. For more information on Top Angler, you might like to check out our full review of the PlayStation 2 version.
