First look: Disney Sports: Football GameCube

Konami has released the first screenshots of and information from Disney Sports: Football for the GameCube. The game will feature arcade-style gameplay, themed stadiums, and multiplayer support for up to four players. Players will also have the ability to create their own characters, using uniforms supplied by the game to increase their player's attributes. There will be 11 teams in the final version of the game. During each game, there will be 26 magical stones on the field, which players may use to improve their abilities.

Disney Sports: Football is currently scheduled for release in the fall. We'll have more information as it becomes available.
