First look: Batman: Vengeance GBA
See the first screenshots from the GBA version of Batman: Vengeance from Ubi Soft.
Ubi Soft has released the first screenshots from the upcoming Game Boy Advance release of Batman: Vengeance. The game is also in development for the Sony PlayStation 2 and the Nintendo GameCube, and it aims to capture the dark noir spirit of the Warner Bros. animated series New Batman Adventures. Little is known about the gameplay features of the GBA version, apart from the fact that it will be a side-scrolling action game with a lot of platformer elements. The PS2, GameCube, and GBA versions are all in development at Ubi Soft's in-house studios in Montreal and New York. The game will feature villains such as Poison Ivy, the Joker, Mr. Freeze, and Harley Quinn.
Batman: Vengeance, which was originally announced at E3 in May, is scheduled to ship for both the GBA and the PlayStation 2 around October. The GameCube version will follow shortly thereafter.
