Going to Buy pes 2014 with the new fox engine, so sick of martin as commentar, pes is way more fun than fifa and the soundtrack on fifa is awful always have to put in my own tunes.

again same crap, you have come up with nothing new or distinct these years EA, your career mode has been nothing fun except that one month transfer season, your tiny improvements to gameplay isn't going to help you anyway.....PES has vast career mode fun, so you just pray PES doesn't make drastic improvements to their gameplay this year making their robotic gameplay fluid [that's the only drawback of PES], if they does, EA you will be weeping :-( for your sales!

even though it's hardly update i'm still getting it, people don't notice that ea don't edit fifa much because it's near perfection and updates would likely take a step back, although more likely storylines like corruptedness would be a good edit or be a ref

The last good FIFA was FIFA 11 imo..

After getting Fifa 13 and noticing that EA actually took a step backwards with it compared to Fifa 12... I'm definitely going to be waiting and seeing on this one. Virtual pro in 12 was really fun and actually was something to work towards, but then in 13 it was career mode exclusive. Total waste. 

I'm also starting to get really sick with how slow and clunky the menus are. The over the top advertising of their own products (ultimate team and card packs)  No EA... I don't want to waste money on virtual cards that you're trying to peddle. How about you leave me alone and let me play the game I spent £40 on? 

Think it's  time I took a seriously look back at Pro Evo.  It's been a while since I have so surely they've made some good improvements.

if it does come out for next gen consoles I bet there won't be much difference

Watched Nepenthez's video on Youtube, he got a glance at some gameplay for the new features, and what he said was pretty interesting. As a massive (and pretty good) player one or two things interest me about the new features.

The pure shot is going to mean more shots cause the ball to move side to side and up and down when hit with extreme power and bend with a long shot taker. It will make shooting easier from difficult angles instead of having to manually face the goal sometimes risking that extra touch or just sacrificing power.

 Also there's the new dribbling feature which is going to make sprinting with the ball a lot more difficult and unpredictable when on the ball with a fast but not very technical player. My first thought what "finally people won't be able to pace abuse as much, especially in Ultimate Team" but then I remembered last year's hype... "first touch control will make it far more difficult to pace abuse, even in Ultimate Team!" That didn't happen.

 I just hope they improve the defensive AI more than anything else. I know defenders make decisions on a frame by frame basis, which is why most of them decide to pause suddenly when a certain over-the-top ball is played, before then continuing to sprint after the long-gone 90+ pace attacker, whose first touch was perfect considering he has 75 ball control..

 Don't let me down again EA.

Jeez new ball physics eh? Well i don't know if it will do much since most people I play online use auto settings :/. Besides can't do much when everyone is using Real Madrid, Barcelona, or Spain. 

FIFA 14!?  NO WAY!? WOW!  That's outta the blue!  (Sorry, I'm in a scarcastic mood this evening. ;) )  Do they really even have to announce  sporting games anymore.  Isn't it a given, like death and taxes?

The Pure Shot looks pretty good. About time they actually put effort into the next game. 

What's the deal with releasing a FIFA yearly, it's not like you can change a lot in a football game, it will always be football, just buy the game every 2 or 3 years. Or don't buy it, but FIFA 13 was a great game.
