Encore to handle JoWood games in US
JoWood Productions announces that a number of its upcoming games will be released in the US through Encore.
Following the recent announcement that KOCH Media will publish a number of JoWood's key games in Europe, JoWood Productions has today announced that it has signed an exclusive publishing agreement for North America with Encore. Encore will be managing the sales, distribution, and marketing of nine upcoming JoWood games in total, although only AquaNox 2: Revelation, Wildlife Park, and Cold Zero: The Last Stand have been named at this time.
"This is a testament to our new strategy for finding suitable partners in key territories," said Andreas Tobler, CEO of JoWood Productions Software AG. "We are pleased to partner with Encore, a company that can effectively extend our successes in Europe to the US. This is important for the success of our games and for our company."
We'll bring you more information on the games included in today's announcement as it becomes available.
