EA slashes prices on iOS games Down Under
EA discounts 17 titles by up to 80 percent on the Aussie App store.
Like Steam, it's not uncommon for iOS games to go through regular sales. This week, it's EA's turn, slashing up to 80 percent off some of its titles in the Aussie Apple App store. Games like Dead Space and NBA Jam have both been discounted by 80 percent for the iPhone and iPad, while Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 received a 60 percent price reduction.
Unfortunately, the sale doesn't include PopCap Games or Firemint titles, so it's mainly focused on games that have console counterparts. The sale will go all weekend, ending on Monday. Take a look below to see the full list of games that are on sale and by what margin they've been discounted.
