Electronic Arts' urban racing game for the PC and all current console platforms is now available in North America.

Electronic Arts has today announced the North American release of Need for Speed Underground for the PC and all current-generation console platforms. The urban racing game, which was developed by EA Canada, allows players to customize and race in 20 of the world's most sought-after tuner cars from manufacturers such as Nissan, Honda, Toyota, and Mitsubishi.

Both the PC and PlayStation 2 versions of Need for Speed Underground support online play and can be played against each other. For more information on Need for Speed Underground, which will also be released on the Game Boy Advance next month, check out our previous coverage of the game.
