Forget Battlefield 4, bring on Bad Company 3... for a spin off series I liked it better that Battlefield 3. I thought Bad Company 2 had better Multi-player than Battlefield 3, but that's just me.

Publisher to "celebrate a new era of Battlefield" later this month at San Francisco presentation coinciding with Game Developers Conference.
Electronic Arts will hold a Battlefield 4 event March 26, the publisher announced today. The event will "celebrate a new era of Battlefield," the publisher said in an invitation sent to media.
The presentation will take place during the 2013 Game Developers Conference, slated for March 25-29 in San Francisco, California. No further information was made available.
EA announced Battlefield 4 last July, revealing a beta for the game will launch during fall 2013. Those who purchased the underperforming Medal of Honor: Warfighter are guaranteed access to the beta.
Battlefield 4 may not be the only new franchise entry in the works. A report from May suggested series developer DICE was at work on a new entry in the spinoff series, Battlefield: Bad Company 3.

The PS4 is going to be the one. But the prize is still a little to much. But i go buy it anyway.
TBH I think if EA were to release BF3/BF4 on Steam as staggered releases, they would see a lot of BF hate melting away in no time.
I still play BFBC2 as it's the best BF on Steam and so do a lot of people.
3 Like Don't get the BF3 hate. You have so much more freedom in that game than you do in Call of Duty. And it feels like a real battle. And everybody knows what to do. You don't even need a headset. But COD is just run & gunners ragging on eachother non-f*cking-stop.

I've been tired of online shooters for a while now, so hopefully BF4 can do something to get me back into them since 3 took up a lot of my time, maybe I'll check out its DLC before nobody plays the game anymore.
1 Like I bet it will be sick on next gen consoles. Its a way better game than COD. How people like spawning in 10 feet from a guy in a map the size of a shed on one of battlefields maps...... is way beyond me.
3 Like BF3 was released at October 2011, when BF4 will probably come out at early or even middle 2014. It is space of almost 3 years. Deal with that and stop moaning "why already". They make games for money, not to fulfill your wishes. Hope to see Bad Company 3 as soon as possible.
@Innos007666 when they fulfill my wishes then they will get my money. And I wan't a game that doesn't feel like a straightforward console port you know.....like good oldies like BF2 BFV (not to be mistaken with bad company games they suck)

You are also living in console age, where everyone looks how to earn more money and popularity by console gamers since this is the most profitable area. Nowadays PC takes the last place. Yeah and BTW - Bad Company's campaign rocks(!), when multiplayer mechanics was basis for BF3.
11 Like Seriously, why does everyone hate Battlefield 3 so much? It's a great game, and a rick-rolling franchise. Why doesn't everyone egg on the other games that come out every year, like sports games and Assassin's Creed...? Seriously, if you don't like the game, Don't play it! Done deal!

I hope they do come out with bad company 3 and I hope the campaign is more like bad company 1.

1 Like i'll pass....bf3 last only 6 months. then everyone abandoned it. not enough servers, hackers, glitchers, and everything just doesn't make sense for them to continue for 4.

3 Like Bring back the modding, this would make BF4 an instant hit (it's what made 1942 and 2 great).

@predatorGS Unfortunately for all of us, EA is likely to riddle the game with micro transactions in some way shape or form instead, it's inevitable, given their business strategy... :/
@robertcain @predatorGS yes, and maybe even worse... it's going to be free... No chance to own the game, and everybody will be able to play it.
