Donkey Konga beats into retail
Nintendo's drum-pounding rhythm title and included bongo controller are in stores now.
Nintendo announced today that its drum-banging music-rhythm game for the GameCube, Donkey Konga, has shipped to retail and is now available in stores. The $49.99 package includes the Donkey Konga game, as well as one DK Bongo controller.
Donkey Konga's song list features music from a variety of different genres--pop songs like "What I Like About You" and "Whip It" join children's fare like "Bingo" and variations on classic Nintendo theme songs from Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda. The game supports multiplayer for up to four players, and additional DK Bongo controllers will be available separately for $29.99 each.
