Dead Rush dead
Activision pulls the plug on its multiconsole survival horror driving game just months after its E3 unveiling.
In development at Spider-Man 2 studio Treyarch, Dead Rush was to be released on the Xbox, PlayStation 2, and GameCube. It was to follow an amnesiac who wakes up in a coastal town racked by earthquakes and overrun with zombies. To learn more about what might have been, check out GameSpot's first--and last--look at the game. The game's trailer runs in the window above.
To Activision!FYAKMAYB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Activision is an idiot for pulling the plug on this one...Most of the Zombie games are getting old quick, this looked like a new idea.....
This looked like an awesome action game, with cool over the shoulder shooter mechanics. the vehicle sequences looked pretty slick too. It sure had promise. I hope this project gets revived.
This was going to be the best game ever!!! *Cries* When I first heard of this game in GameInformer, I thought I was dreaming. It was the coolest concept ever.
oh gawd nooooooooooooooooooo *dies*
I was looking forward to this one, too bad is right
Too bad.
