Inquisitive monkey ships to retailers for PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox, Game Boy Advance, and PC.
Margret and H.A. Rey's Curious George, once confined to illustrated children's books, is about to become a feature film star. With the release of Curious George this Friday in the US comes the release of the obligatory game tie-in. Namco Bandai today announced that Curious George for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, GameCube, Game Boy Advance, and PC has shipped to stores. The game follows the simian through 12 levels, spanning scenarios such as the jungle and Big City, as he gets in and out of various predicaments. After gamers finish the story mode, they can satisfy their curiosity with various minigames. Curious George is rated E for Everyone and retails for $39.99, except for the GBA version, which retails for $19.99.
