Call of Duty releases teaser video

YouTube video titled "power_on_v1.wav" shows television set shrouded by static; fourth and final content bundle for Modern Warfare 3 hits October 10.
Activision appears to have more to share regarding this November's Call of Duty: Black Ops II. The official Call of Duty YouTube channel today posted a video titled "power_on_v1.wav," teasing something for the franchise. It depicts an antiquated television set displaying an image shrouded by static, as well as audio that increases in volume as the video progresses.
Activision has shared numerous details regarding Black Ops II's competitive multiplayer mode, but has kept relatively quiet regarding the game's single-player and Zombies modes. The game's campaign will jump through time, with some missions taking place in 2025 and others picking up directly after the events of the original Black Ops.
As for Black Ops II's Zombies mode, Activision has confirmed that this fan-favorite mode will be the "most expansive" offering to date, and will run on the game's multiplayer engine. Black Ops II is due out on November 13 for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. A Wii U version was recently confirmed, though neither Nintendo nor Activision has announced a launch date for it.
Activision has also announced that the fourth and final content bundle for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will arrive for the PC and PlayStation 3 on October 10. The offering, which came to the Xbox 360 earlier this month, includes five multiplayer maps (Decommission, Offshore, Gulch, Parish, and Boardwalk), and releases a day earlier for Call of Duty: Elite premium subscribers.

Ha! Yeah, an old TV like that is a VERY fitting image for introducing the 'newest' iteration of a shooter line!
Oh God, please no more of the Black Ops characters, consisting of stereo typical dialogue, please no more.
Activision and EA = Death of Gaming. I quit COD at COD 3. These games are just regurgitated crap.
11 Like I get the feeling they got lazy with the marketing now too... Next years ads will actually just have "blops2" scribbled out with Microsoft paint and "MW4" scribbled in above it.

1 Like for those are not bright enough to notice. this is the TV from the living room in nuketown map. and the sound seems to be from zombies. so they pretty much confirmed zombies on nuketown. and if you really focus you can hear lighting? it could be a new zombie or the return of George.
@al3azmi or maybe its just about Nuketown for the multiplayer and has nothing to do with zombies since they already posted a teaser for zombies with the sounds from zombies that is teasing the full zombies reveal next week for Black ops 2 Zombies mode.
2 Like That looks like utter crap. An animated television might have been cool in the early 90's, but come on man. It looks like a teaser for an old Telltale game, without a punch-line.

You would think by now they'd show us some sort of gameplay but no, it's like the zombies mode doesn't even come with the game.
If this was Capcom i'd say they were saving it for day 1 dlc...
Either way, i lost all interest since they started re-releasing WaW maps for Black Ops and charge us an extra 20 bucks, they'll probably do the same with this one.
I wonder how much money CoD fans spend annually on the half baked game plus feeding Activision their money on half baked DLC?
